Ingredients:
2 tubes Pillsbury pizza crust
16 slices provolone cheese
16 slices genoa salami
24 slices sandwich pepperoni
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 tbsp italian seasoning
2 jars/cans favorite pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, preferably the non-stick variety. This will make for easy clean up.
Sprinkle corn meal or flour on a clean surface. Open a tube of pizza crust, spread it out using your hands and cut into 4 equal pieces. Put 2 slices provolone, 2 slices genoa salami and 3 slices pepperoni on each piece of pizza crust. Roll each piece on a diagonal and place on cookie sheet.Do the same with the 2nd tube of pizza crust.
Brush each stromboli with olive oil. Mix parmesan cheese and italian seasoning together and sprinkle over each stromboli.
Cook for 12-15 minutes. Heat pizza sauce in the microwave or on stovetop and pour over stromboli when served.
